At Pod[e], we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for our guests. Our accommodation includes features to support people with a range of access needs, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing. The pod is designed with clear, unobstructed internal spaces, contrasting colours on doors and handles and informative resources provided in plain English [Our digital guide can be translated into multiple languages].Our booking process is accessible via phone, email, or web portal and guests receive all access instructions prior to arrival. Emergency procedures are clearly explained, with visual alerts in place. For guests with cognitive impairments or on the Autism Spectrum, we provide quiet spaces and early check-in options upon request. Bathrooms and living areas support a range of needs, including handheld shower heads, non-allergenic bedding and eco-friendly cleaning products. While our accommodation is remote and self-contained, we aim to support each guest’s comfort, safety and independence. 

Please note, due to the natural terrain and the presence of steps leading to the pod, our accommodation is unfortunately not wheel chair accessible.
